The Algarve is the southernmost region of Portugal and with a reliable blend of mild winters and hot summers, plus some of the most glorious beaches you will find in Europe it is a great year round destination.

We offer an extensive choice of accommodation throughout the Algarve from Pousadas to self catering apartments and luxury 5-star hotels, which are located in both lively resorts and rural locations. We also offer golf, one of the major leisure and sports attractions of the Algarve. For nature enthusiasts the Ria Formosa Lagoon in the Faro/Olhão/Tavira areas is well worth visiting as this nature reserve covers over 170 square kilometres and is a stopping place for hundreds of different birds during migratory periods.

A combination of excellent weather, fine food, varied sports activities and high quality accommodation makes the Algarve the perfect choice for a memorable holiday break.

Alvor - is ideal for golfers, families and those looking for a more relaxing holiday resort. The beaches in Alvor, arguably the best in the Algarve, are less crowded than those in neighbouring resorts. The quaint Alvor fishing village has a selection of shops, restaurants and bars and is a delightful place to chill out and watch the world go by.

Praia da Rocha - is famous for its very wide beach, making it a popular choice with families. The promenade offers great coastal views and there is a good selection of restaurants and bars leading to the sea front main road where you will find shops, restaurants and entertainment, including a casino.

Portimão - is a busy town which blends in with nearby Praia da Rocha. The Marina, which is located at the estuary of the Arade river, is surrounded by beautiful beaches and attracts high calibre yachts all year round.

Albufeira - originally a small fishing village, Albufeira is now a lively and well established resort. Great sandy beaches, pedestrianised streets with excellent shopping and a vibrant nightlife make this one of the Algarve's most popular resorts. Although Albufeira now spreads over a large area, the village itself still manages to retain its traditional charm.

Vilamoura - offers great sport and leisure facilities, including a number of golf courses, excellent beaches plus a glitzy marina and yacht club. Strolling along the marina you'll find a great selection of bars and restaurants with live entertainment that offer both international and local cuisine.

Faro - is the Algarve's capital city and home to a busy international airport. Surrounded by Roman walls dating back to the 9th century and retaining cobbled streets leading to fine buildings and museums; the old part of the city has plenty of character.

Olhão - as you would expect from one of the Algarve's main fishing ports, fish is the principal dish on the menu in Olhão. There are some excellent restaurants on the main street opposite the market, close to the marina, where you can try deliciously fresh seafood. Regular boat services operate from Olhão to the nearby islands of Culatra, Armona and Farol where you'll find unspoilt beaches and a few simple restaurants and bars. Olhão is still a relatively undiscovered resort that now boasts a 5-star luxury hotel.

Tavira - a quiet and unhurried town in eastern Algarve, Tavira is surrounded by beautiful scenery and dotted with white washed houses. A great choice for sightseeing or touring holidays, the town is still within access of the Algarve's livelier beach resorts.

Estoi - located about 12 km inland from Faro, the small village of Estoi offers ""the alternative Algarve". Nestled within beautiful gardens and surrounded by olive groves, orange and almond trees, a stay at Pousada Palácio de Estoi will be an unforgettable experience. Whilst Estoi's enchanting rural charm would make you believe otherwise, the popular resorts of the Algarve are actually conveniently close, giving you the best of both worlds.

Lagos - in western Algarve, is an ancient maritime town with plenty to offer, including perfect sandy beaches. The "Meia Praia" beach which extends for 5 km between the marina and the Alvor estuary is particularly deserving of a mention. Inside the walled historical city of Lagos you will find some excellent museums as well as beautiful architecture.

Sagres - located 3 km from Cape St.Vincent, Europe's south westernmost point, Sagres is the perfect choice for a touring holiday. Those seeking peace and quiet will find the nearby beaches along "Costa Vincentina" almost deserted, whilst driving inland towards the towns of Aljezur or Monchique will uncover traditional Algarve villages with typical deep blue and white houses surrounded by almond trees and with beautifully crafted chimneys.
